Would you like a packing video of your order to be posted on our social media, such as TikTok or Instagram? If yes, please add the Packing Video Service to your order together with your Mystery Scoop or other products.
Whether or not you purchase the Packing Video Service, we always include extra gifts beyond the basic quantity listed in every package. We love adding little surprises to make every order feel special. 💕✨
If you do purchase the Packing Video Service, we will also include even more extra gifts and surprises in your package as an additional thank-you for your support. In other words, part of the value of the video service will be turned into extra goodies for your order as well.
Please note that the Packing Video Service must be purchased together with other products, such as a Mystery Scoop. Please do not purchase this service on its own.
We restock the Packing Video Service from time to time, usually with around 10 spots available each week. If it shows as Sold Out, it simply means that week's video quota has already been filled.
In addition, each week we may randomly select around 1–2 orders from customers who did not purchase the video service and create a surprise packing video for them. 🎁
Since filming and editing packing videos takes additional time, we limit the number of video orders each week so that we can continue shipping every package as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of both our products and our videos.

Return Policy
Most of our handmade press-on nails are not eligible for returns once they have been shipped. This is mainly due to hygiene and customization reasons. We hope you can understand this measure to ensure the quality and uniqueness of each product for every customer.
Unreceived Product
If you haven't received the purchased handmade press-on nails within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team promptly. Provide details such as your order number and recipient's name. We will quickly check the logistics situation. Once it's confirmed that the product hasn't been successfully delivered, we will arrange for a re-shipment immediately to ensure you can receive your desired press-on nails as soon as possible.
Product Quality Issue
In case there are quality problems with the received handmade press-on nails, such as broken nail pieces, detached accessories, or significant color differences, please contact our customer service within 3 Days after discovering the issue. You are required to provide clear photos or videos of the product problems as evidence. After verification by us, you can choose either to have us re-ship a flawless product or apply for a full refund only. We will handle your request promptly to safeguard your rights and interests.
