SHIPPING POLICY

For Standard Shipping:

We offer FREE shipping on all US orders $75+.

All non-custom orders usually ship within 1 business day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship out Monday. Please allow 7-11 business days for delivery.

Custom orders usually ship within 1-3 weeks as each custom piece is made just for you. Please allow 7-11 business days after shipping for delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48 hours from the time you receive until tracking information is made available. As we ship orders Monday - Friday, tracking details cannot be supplied on weekends.

For international orders, you may be charged customs and duties depending on the country the order is being shipped to. As these costs are out of our control we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be, PINAPPLAND is also not liable for these costs. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.

Please note sale items are final and non-refundable.

 

​Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please email us immediately at service@pinappland.com, and we will try our best to solve the issue. If the item has not been marked delivered and has not arrived within 45 days of the shipping date, we will replace your order free of charge.
